Love the fan at least the way it looks. Not super bright and I think there is onlyOne setting for the fan though it says 3. There were also broken crystals and I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me. They wanted me to return the whole fan AFTER it had already been installed. Makes no sense. Would be cheaper for them to just send me a couple new crystals.I feel that it was not easy to install and it should have included the battery (not easy to find) and the 3 bulbs. The screws included did not work. Had to go find screws that would fit. After it was finally installed, the fan looked great. Happy with my purchase.We couldn’t get the remote part to work but I’m not taking it down1. The fan assembly is packaged in a way that allows wiring to be damaged. We had two fans delivered and both had wiring damage. The first was severe enough to warrant a return.2. The remote receiver wiring makes it extremely difficult to install over your typical 4 inch ceiling box. If you have a saddle box with 14/3 or greater, then either forget about this product or install a larger box.3. The canopy does not even fit over the mount! We had failed to recognize this before hand, so we probably do not qualify for a return. DO NOT MAKE OUR SAME MISTAKE!4. This product does NOT take e26 bulbs. It takes 12mm candelabra. Your max light output will be around 1500 lumens MAX. No bueno for a ceiling fan.The fan is beautiful, but DOES NOT come with the bulbs or battery for the remote. Please be advised.
