There is lots to like about this fan. Installation wasn't difficult other than installing the lights. The screws were a bit too short. The blades look nice but there is no way that's walnut wood, they are VERY light. Nothing wrong with that but to me they look more like light cherry in color and a soft wood of some kind.The remote has a ton of features but is fairly cheap in feel and look. The light options are okay, I don't love LED lights but most of the newer fans come with them.Thus far the remote is working well and the fan is fairly responsive, maybe a tad slow but not a deal breaker.The only negative thus far is that one of the blades had a noticeable gouge. (soft wood). I thought about returning it but give the fan is 9 feet off the ground it's not a major issue. But it does make me question QC and/or packaging and storage.The fan is well made , however the instruction booklet that was furnished leaves a bit to be desired. Unless one is mechanically inclined, it will be very difficult to install. There is no margin for error, as the cover up at the ceiling barely has enough room for the wires and remote receiver.Now that I have this installed, it looks and operates great. But be aware that installation is quite difficult.First, there is no help line to call if you have a problem. There is an email address for troubleshooting but when I had a problem, the response I received the next day asked me to send a video of my problem.Second, installing the light to the housing was almost impossible. Three screws which must be removed and reinstalled through the fixture are too short and the holes do not line up properly. I have to use sheet metal screws to get it to work.Finally, I installed two fans on my porch, but either remote worked either and both fans at the same time. This seems convenient except that the light fixture has three temperature levels and I had to connect and disconnect the electrical connection to get the light fixture temperatures in sync.I got both to work and they are satisfactory so far. I suggest purchasing a different brand particularly one that offers phone support.It’s a beautiful ceiling fan!Quiet and easy to install!I love it!Very modern and pretty! It’s the quietest fan I’ve ever had! The remote is perfect. 6 fan settings on the remote and even on just level 2, it’s a great air flow. Love this fan so far!Great product. So happy with the fan and the easy remote. Not so crazy about the light.The look is clean and modern.Installing wasn’t easy. Took a lot longer than anticipated. The fan shakes really bad on the highest fan. I would not buy again due to that. Fan ships in its original box. It was pretty beat up and punctured when it arrived. Remote is easy to use. Multiple lights is a great feature.Would have given it 5 stars but it relys solely on the remote with no alternative wiring provision. If remove fails it renders it useless.Easy installation for me as I was replacing a 40 year old fan that weighed 24 lbs. Instructions are also good.
