Used in remodeled bathroom. Like it very much. Had a mishap taking light out of carton and foam container broke. Two globes fell on tile floor and broke but Ralbay graciously sent replacements. Thank you very much. I will shop with you again if I need lights in the future.This is a beautiful light fixture. I feel that the value for the money is well worth it. It was really heavy, however, and takes at least two people to install it or else it needs to be suspended by a wire somehow while electrical connections are made. This part was physically difficult for me. I ended up holding it up with one hand and my whole arm and shoulder while the other did the connections. Part of the connections need two hands, one to hold the cable with the wire and the other to hold, twisting the wire leads and putting the wire cap on and turning it/ them. So, plan accordingly. I did not anticipate that the light bulbs were G9 halogen or Led two pin bulbs. I did not order them, at first, nor did it say anything anywhere that they were not included in the purchased item. So, I had to run to the store and buy them. They were expensive bulbs. On Amazon, they are cheaper and they provide more in a package. Putting the bulbs in is not that easy physically. There is a long diagonal slot for the socket that the two pins of each bulb needs to be pushed into. So, you need to look into the crystal glass bulb enclosure ( a very tight space) to see how the slot is orientated and ensure that you are putting the bulb with the pins in alignment with it and try in fit your hand inside the crystal glass bulb enclosure, trying not to damage the pins in the process.THIS LIGHT BAR LOOKS GREAT. ABSOLUTELY LOVE ITPicture doesn’t do this justice. BeautifulThis replaced a builder's grade vanity lights (also 4) in the powder room. There is no electrical box originally, so I just mounted the back plate on the wall with four screws. There are only a few steps to connect the wires and to screw on the front plate. The only problem I encountered was breaking the turn-handle of the plastic tool provided to screw the special retaining washer on the glass square. I just used the hand to turn the broken socket tool and was able to tighten the washer that way. Wish they consider to redesign that tool better or redesign the washer so that regular socket tools can be used. Overall, I am very happy with the look and the steady and bright 6 watt LED lights (purchased separately.)Finding upgraded bathroom light fixture took hours! Lots did not fit our need per size, style, cost or negative comments. This was my first choice! Delivered on time, sat in box near living room waitingfor progress on powder room upgrade. Light was ready for electrician! Got it all out and, yes, G9 bulbs needed. The glass pendents were very heavy and almost glistened just holding them. OH NO! one element that would house the LED bulb was broken off., tiny wire loose, it is a ceramic ring, How would that break? We then noticed that back edge of stainless steel plate had quite a dent, this now reflected a dropped box. So disappointing, I cannot tell you. Got refund/returned started, unable to get new fixture, no more available. We are very sorry, this was going to be so nice for us for years.Love these lights. Looks great but not bright enough for me. Installed 4x bulbs which were a total equivalent of 240 watts. I will need additional lighting. Only purchased this item because someone said it was very bright.DO NOT BUY!I purchased 4 of these for bathrooms in the house and in less than a couple of months the glass coverings just randomly fall when they get hot shattering every where. Thanks god no one has been present. Two of them happen to be where our kids get their diapers changed and if these had fallen on their head it could be fatal or serious injury.
