The MINI-CSQ-BG is a 2 for 1 solution that combines a black exit sign with a set of emergency lights. Instead of having to install separate fixtures, you can install one combination fixture that satisfies both requirements. The green LED’s inside the exit sign consume less than 5 watts of electricity and the battery backup system will power both the exit sign and emergency lights for at least 90 minutes. Construction The MINI-CSQ-BG is made with a black thermoplastic housing that is flame and corrosion resistant. There are arrows on either side of ‘EXIT’ which can be exposed if needed by popping them out. Installation This black exit sign with emergency lights comes with (2) faceplates and (1) backplate so that it can be configured in the field for both single and double-sided applications. The sign comes capable of both wall (back) and ceiling (top) mount. The mounting plate allows for the sign to be installed to the ceiling. Operation The exit sign portion of the fixture will operate 24/7 via 120 or 277V electrical input. The battery backup system will maintain itself via a constant trickle charge and if power is lost, it will power both the exit sign and the emergency light for a minimum 90 minutes. A push-to-test button allows battery testing at any time. Compliance The MINI-CSQ-BG is UL924 Listed and compliant throughout the United States and Canada. NFPA 101 Life Safety Code compliant.
